Ok so if you know me, you know I really like to talk!

More Importantly I really like to talk about fitness, nutrition, and wellness to pretty much anyone who will listen 

Educating and motivating others on how they can live a happier and healthier life through healthy eating and exercise is truly one of my passions

There is so much mumbo jumbo on the internet these days about “the best way to lose weight” or the “next best contraption to strap to your body that helps you lose weight without having to lift a finger”.  How about the latest pill, powder, shake, or cleanse that will help you lose “30lbs in 2 weeks!” In my presentations, I de-code common fitness and nutrition myths and tell you the TRUTH! I believe that there is way too much “fake information” out there, which can be confusing and actually detrimental to ones journey to living a healthier life.

I am an energetic speaker who is very passionate about helping others live a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and exercise. With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, in depth-education and certifications (don’t believe me? (CHECK OUT MY CREDENTIALS), and no lack of confidence in speaking to an audience; I can engage, educate, and empower a relevant audience.

My journey as a life-long elite athlete, university student, and entrepreneur has led me through many ups and downs; however, I have always managed to make my health a priority. Through my story I feel I can motivate and relate to many people lacking time to make themselves a priority.
