Easy Lactation Cookies Recipe That Is Healthy & Delicious

If you are looking to quickly increase your milk supply with some healthy lactation cookies then you want to watch this video!  These lactation cookies have helped me with my breastfeeding journey in both of my children and is my favourite of all lactation recipes.  I added chopped apricots to these chocolate chip lactation cookies but feel free to add whatever you like to make it your own.  If you need breastfeeding help I am not a Doctor and can’t guarantee these oatmeal lactation cookies will increase your breastmilk supply, but I can tell you that they helped me out!

Ok Here is How you Make These Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies:

 

 

EASY LACTATION COOKIES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 Softened Coconut Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 3 TBSP Water
  • 2 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 TBSP Brewers Yeast
  • 1 Cup of Whole Wheat or All Purpose Flour
  • 1 !/2 Cups of Oats (Quick Oats are fine)
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Dried Apricots (optional)
  • 1/4 Dark Chocolate Chunks (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Mix together coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.  Next add one whole egg and continue to mix.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the ground flaxseed and water and then add to the large mixture and stir.
  • Add in the flour, brewer’s yeast, and cinnamon and continue to mix.
  • Lastly add in the oats, apricots, and chocolate chunks or whatever you want to add to your cookies.
  • Spoon the dough onto a greased baking sheet to make cookies.  Place in the oven for for 12 minutes and take out to cool down.
