Gliding Disc Workout / Core and Abs (Core Sliders)
This gliding disc workout is a 20 minute core and abs workout loaded with 7 different advanced core exercises. If you are looking to strengthen and challenge your core, then you want to do this entire gliding disc workout because it will be just what you need. If you don’t have gliders, don’t worry you can make this a paper plate workout or even use towels on hardwood floor to complete this ab workout. These workout videos have been perfect for me when I’m home with both of my kids to just press play and follow along, so I can get a good quick workout in without having to think too much.

Short but very effective if you just need a quick workout for home (or the gym), I find gliding discs make the workout a little more challenging and exciting than regular body weight workouts. I find using a gliding disc workout helps me switch it up from my regular routine and really challenge my core and abs in a whole new way than traditional core and abs exercises.
