25 Minute HIIT Bodyweight Cardio + Abs Workout

If you want a killer fat burning HIIT bodyweight workout that also doubles as a flat belly workout, then you have to give this HIIT bodyweight cardio workout a try! If you have 25 minutes to spare then this cardio and core workout is how you want to spend that time! The perfect home bodyweight workout because no equipment is needed! It’s circuit style with intervals of 30 seconds of HIIT for fat loss with 10 seconds rest between exercises.

What Is HIIT Bodyweight Cardio?

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training and it is great for quick but very effective workouts!  The idea is to work really hard for a short amount of time to get the most out of your calorie burn (plus after burn!), blast body fat, improve cardiovascular performance, and learn how to really challenge your body.
