22 Min HIIT Bodyweight Circuit Workout / Crazy Calorie Burn

This HIIT bodyweight circuit cardio workout is the perfect beginner HIIT cardio workout for home. This bodyweight workout will give you a huge calorie burn and is truly a fat burning HIIT workout!  I’m so happy you are all loving my free follow along Youtube workouts, so I’m continuing to keep them coming for you!  This bodyweight workout requires no equipment and minimal time, but you will blast a lot of calories I promise! This is one of the workouts I love to do in my basement either with my kids running around me or during nap time to get in some quick movement on busy days at home. 

I truly love HIIT workouts because they never get easy, as you can just continue to push yourself harder each time you do it.  One way I like to challenge myself in HIIT workouts is to count the amount of reps I can get done in each timed set, then try and beat my number each time I do it!  The harder you push the more you will get out of this bodyweight circuit workout.
