Leg HIIT Core Workout / Epic Strong Legs Workout
This is the perfect mix of a leg HIIT strength workout and HIIT core workout if you have no equipment at home. This bodyweight leg HIIT workout is a circuit style fat burning HIIT workout and will help you build leg strength and a round booty as well as a flat tummy from the core exercises. The perfect mix of legs + abs in this home workout and all you need is 30 minutes!
This is one of my favourite go-to lower body and core/ab workouts to do one days when I can’t make it to the gym. This leg HIIT workout is short but very effective and if I want to make the workout harder I just add weights to the leg exercises! Trust me you don’t have to be at the gym to get a good workout, if you have the motivation to get moving and the desire to push yourself, you can get great results from leg HIIT workouts like this one!
