So Why Am I The One To Help You?
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and am also a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach. If that doesn’t impress you enough, I have also used myself as a test subject for many years in order to find a system that is not only easy to stick to, but delivers results! I feel that we are all human and we all enjoy eating doughnuts, cheeseburgers, yam fries (my favourite), and all the other yummy foods the world has to offer. No one should go through life not getting experience all of this goodness on their tastebuds! I truly believe in teaching people how to adapt a “healthy balance” lifestyle. Yes did you hear that – LIFESTYLE! No diets, no short-term fixes and no pills or magic powders. Just learning
when to eat healthy, when to exercise, and when to enjoy a yummy treat or “adult beverage”. This is the mindset that has been proven to work in the hundreds of clients I have helped loose weight and keep it off!
Learning to not feel guilty after eating and finding a healthy balance between the good and the bad is when people truly feel their best and achieve long term results.

How Does my Nutrition Coaching System Work Anyway?
My nutrition coaching works in a step-by-step system, here is a brief overview of how we will do this:
- Sign up for nutrition coaching and book a personalized consultation with yours truly (me! :)) This will be done via Skype, phone, or email.
- Fill out the questionnaire I will send you regarding current eating habits, allergies/intolerances, goals, lifestyle, and much more. This helps me further understand YOU and will help me create a plan that works for YOU and YOUR LIFESTYLE.
- I create a plan for you that is easy to follow and answer any and all questions you might have to get you started. You will receive full access to my online training app in order to track daily nutrition, work on creating daily healthy habits I provide for you, track progress in measurements and images, and message me with questions throughout your one month nutrition coaching journey.
- I TEACH YOU all about how to eat to obtain your goals. I believe in truly empowering clients by teaching them how to make healthy choices wherever life might take them instead of just giving them a cookie cutter meal plan to follow. You will learn what macronutrients (aka macros) are, what foods contain what macros, and when is the best time to eat these macros. I will teach you that it’s not all about calorie intake, we talk quality of calories and learn the best foods to choose for meals and snacks at home, on the go, or anywhere.
- Check-in within the first 3 weeks to ensure you are feeling great and make adjustments to your plan as necessary.
- You start to feel full of energy as your clothes begin to get looser and you wonder why you didn’t do this earlier??
