This full body strength workout uses only core sliders (glider discs/gliders/slider disc) and your own bodyweight. It is the perfect total body HIIT workout to build strength at home and burn body fat. In 25 minutes I will take you through glider disc exercises (core slider exercises) that will work your full body and core! I personally love using a glider disc workout to switch up my home workout routines and really challenge myself, because trust me if you haven’t using gliders before, a glider disc workout will really give you a run for your money!

Don’t worry, I got you! Even this is a bodyweight workout, you can easily make this glider disc workout more difficult by adding dumbbells or weights to the exercises to really challenge yourself.
