Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Let’s stop messing around and get straight to the recipe!

If you want to see how we made them watch the video below:

Ingredients

1 Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 Cup of Butter

2 Large Mashed Bananas

1 Tsp of Cinnamon

2 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Pinch of Salt

Plus any additions you want (pecans, peanuts, chocolate chips, cranberries etc…)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

In a large mixing bowl, beat the coconut sugar and butter together, then add in the egg and mix until it’s smooth.

In a separate bowl mash up the bananas and mix in the baking soda, then let it sit for about 2 minutes. While that is sitting, grease a non-stick baking pan so it’s ready to go when you want to put the cookies on it.

Add the banana mix into the sugar, butter, and egg mix.

In another bowl mix together the flour, salt, and cinnamon. Then add it to the butter and banana mixture until it’s all combined.

Throw in any extras you want at this point. We added chocolate chips and sprinkles unsweetened coconut on the top of the cookies before putting them in the oven.

Drop cookie dough on the non-stick baking pan and then put them in the oven for about 11-13 minutes.

ENJOY!!!
