24 Min Total Body HIIT Workout / NO EQUIPMENT – Fat Blast

This Total Body HIIT Workout is the perfect full body workout that combines HIIT cardio with full body strength exercises to give you a perfect fat burning HIIT workout. This workout uses no weights, no equipment, and is a bodyweight workout only, so it’s the perfect home workout (but can also be done anywhere!).

Why Total Body HIIT Workout

This is the perfect way to burn a lot of calories, increase your metabolic rate, and improve cardiovascular fitness without having to use a lot of time or be stuck on a cardio machine at the gym for hours at a time.   As a Mom of two baby boys I now find my time is so limited, so on the days I’m not able to make it to the gym to do a workout, I use workouts just like this total body HIIT workout to make sure I am fitting movement into my day.  Often I am doing this workout with the kids playing around me or crawling on me LOL, but the way I look at it; anything is better than nothing.  So no matter where you are in life, how busy you are, or how motivated you are, I feel like we can all find 24 minutes in our day to get in this total body HIIT workout.
