Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake Recipe

– 1 scoop cinnamon bun whey protein (you could also use Vanilla I guess and add some cinnamon)
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1/2 chopped apple
– some vanilla almond milk
– spinach (because why not?? Extra greens are never a bad thing and you can’t taste it!)
– water & a few ice cubes
